Nursery Nurse; Level 3 - Bishop Ridley C of E Primary School

We are looking for someone who:

• Is creative, inspirational and engaging
• Is motivated by the desire to support children in the EYFS to reach their full potential and be ready for KS1
• Understands the importance of teamwork and good communication with pupils, parents/carers and colleagues

The right candidate will:

• Have a relevant Nursery Nurse qualification (experience in a school nursery setting is desirable)
• Be comfortable covering classes, planning (using prepared schemes of work), resourcing and feeding back to teachers.
• Be able to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Have high expectations for themselves and our pupils
• Promote our Christian vision and values
• Be committed to the safety and well-being of our children
• Have the desire and ambition to continually develop and improve as a practitioner

An Enhanced DBS certificate will be required on provisional offer, including a check of the Children’s Barred List. Further vetting checks, in line with the requirements of Keeping Children Safe in Education 2025 will be completed following a provisional offer of appointment.
