Teacher of History + TLRs | 'Outstanding' All-Through School | West London
The Headteacher of an 'Outstanding' All-Through School in the heart of West London is keen to hire a Teacher of History + TLRs. The role seeks experienced History teachers and ambitious History ECTs for a permanent, full‑time position starting in September 2026. The school has over 2,000 pupils from EYFS to KS5, is an approved training school, and is known for high staff wellbeing and academic excellence.
Responsibilities- Work alongside History teachers and ECTs to inspire the next generation.
- Teach students across the Secondary School (KS3–KS5).
- Contribute to the department, taking on additional TLRs such as Head of Department, Lead Practitioner or Key Stage Co‑ordinator depending on experience.
- Participate in CPD and provide support to staff and pupils.
- Compensation includes MPS1‑UPS3 plus additional TLR pay, amount dependent on experience.
- UK QTS.
- Strong academic record (GCSEs, A‑Levels, and Degree).
- Willingness to listen to feedback and collaborate as a team.
- Passion for History and teaching.
- Based in West London.
- Graded 'Outstanding' in latest Ofsted report.
- Staff on‑site parking.
