Location: Greater London
Action for Children is seeking a Young Person’s Practitioner to support vulnerable youths aged 11-18 in Greater London. This role is focused on delivering intensive one-on-one support to help youth move towards positive outcomes in education, training, and employment.
With a focus on building trusting relationships, you'll engage with young people, assess risks, and liaise with families and other agencies to provide comprehensive support. This is a full-time, permanent position with competitive salary and benefits.
