Full training and ongoing professional development will be provided. The successful Cover Supervisor / Classroom Supervisor will support students across a range of subjects and year groups, assist with safeguarding and learning support duties, and contribute positively to the wider school community. This role is ideal for individuals considering a future career in education, training or youth support, offering valuable experience working directly with students in a structured school setting.

Supervising Lessons:
Supporting classes during teacher absences using pre-planned lesson materials Classroom Management:
Maintaining high standards of behaviour and ensuring students remain on task Student Support:
Responding to student questions and assisting with learning activities where required Tutor Group Support:
Covering tutor registrations and supervising assemblies when needed Safeguarding Responsibilities:
Following school safeguarding, behaviour and health and safety policies at all times Administrative Support:
Assisting with exam invigilation, classroom preparation and general administration tasks Communication:
Reporting behavioural or academic concerns to relevant teaching staff and school leaders Resource Management:
