A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Lewisham is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. The Role
  • Providing 1 to 1 support for pupils with ASD and ADHD
  • Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
  • Delivering calm consistent support during learning activities
  • Assisting with classroom learning and group work
  • Supporting personal care needs where required
  • Working closely with teachers and SENCO
Role Details
  • SEN Teaching Assistant
  • £96 to £110 per day equivalent
  • Full time Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm
  • Permanent role
  • Based in Lewisham
  • Start date ASAP

  • Experience supporting children with ASD and ADHD
  • Confident with emotional regulation and behaviour support
  • Calm, patient and resilient approach
  • Comfortable supporting personal care where required
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Passionate about inclusive education
