Learning Support Assistant SEN

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Term Time Hours - 8.25am to 3.30pm 32 1/2 hours per week over 5 days.
• Working with a wide range of class teachers to deliver excellent teaching and learning.
• Coaching children on a 1:1 basis.
• Accompanying groups on trips.
• Supporting assessment and evidencing learning
• Maintaining a safe and positive environment for all learners
• Creating opportunities for all learners to reach their potential, irrespective of ability

• Flexible, term-time hours (based on 39 weeks per year: term time plus 5 days)
• Pro Rata 6.8 weeks p.a. holiday Pay, spread over monthly payments: Actual Pro rata Salary £22,679 - £23,661 p.a.)
