SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a fantastic primary school in Tower Hamlets to recruit a caring and committed Teaching Assistant to join their specialist Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP). This is an incredibly rewarding opportunity to support pupils across EYFS and Key Stage 1, helping them build confidence, develop communication skills, and achieve meaningful progress every day.

Your Responsibilities
  • Supporting children within the ARP across EYFS and KS1
  • Delivering targeted interventions and personalised learning activities
  • Building trusting, positive relationships with pupils
  • Supporting communication, social development, and independence skills
  • Working closely with teachers, therapists, and the SENCO to ensure every child reaches their potential
  • Helping create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment
The Ideal Candidate
  • An experienced Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or SEN Support Worker
  • Passionate about supporting children with special educational needs
  • Patient, empathetic, and resilient
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Committed to helping children overcome barriers to learning
  • Experience with in EYFS, KS1, SEND, Autism, Speech & Language, or ARP settings would be highly advantageous.

This role is trialling immediately, with the successful candidate starting on 1st September and remaining for the full academic year until 16th July 2027.
