Learners may be out of school, awaiting specialist placements, or require additional support to access education.

Young people present with complex SEN needs, including ASD, SEMH, Global Developmental Delay, learning difficulties, communication needs, sensory processing difficulties, and physical needs. Due to the level of complexity, a minimum of two years' experience working with SEN learners is essential.
