About the Role
We are looking for a School Business Manager to join our team to strengthen the support function of the school. This is a senior leadership role at the heart of a vibrant school, responsible for leading the management of finance, administration, HR, estates, catering, and health and safety. Working closely with the Headteacher and the central Trust team, you will ensure efficient, secure and effective business operations that support outstanding outcomes for pupils.
The role requires a proactive and collaborative leader who can manage teams, embed Trust policies and procedures, and play a key role in fostering a positive, high‑performing school community.
- Lead the management of finance, administration, HR, estates, catering, and health and safety.
- Work closely with the Headteacher and the central Trust team to ensure efficient, secure and effective business operations that support outstanding outcomes for pupils.
- Embed Trust policies and procedures and play a key role in fostering a positive, high‑performing school community.
- Manage teams and promote a proactive and collaborative leadership style.
- Fully aligned with the Trust’s approach, understanding the critical role that all staff play in supporting a behavioural and learning culture.
