About the Role

A specialist independent school for children with complex needs and EHCPs is seeking a dedicated and skilled Key Stage 12 Teacher to join their expanding team. You will work as part of a multi?disciplinary team, supported by teaching assistants and therapists, to deliver high-quality teaching tailored to each childs individual needs. Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons in early literacy, numeracy and wider curriculum areas
Adapt learning to meet individual needs in line with each pupils Pupil Support Plan (PSP)
Maintain detailed records, observations and assessments to support progress and EHCP processes
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCO and therapy teams
