About the Role
A specialist independent school for children with complex needs and EHCPs is seeking a dedicated and skilled Key Stage 12 Teacher to join their expanding team. You will work as part of a multi?disciplinary team, supported by teaching assistants and therapists, to deliver high-quality teaching tailored to each childs individual needs. The school offers excellent CPD, a collaborative culture, and a purpose-built setting designed to support pupils with a wide range of learning needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons in early literacy, numeracy and wider curriculum areas
- Adapt learning to meet individual needs in line with each pupils Pupil Support Plan (PSP)
- Maintain detailed records, observations and assessments to support progress and EHCP processes
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCO and therapy teams
