  • Comfortable supporting outdoor learning, play‑based provision and personal care when needed.
  • We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates who have experience supporting pupils with SEND and promoting inclusion.
Your Role
  • Work closely with class teachers to plan and deliver high‑quality learning for individuals, small groups and whole classes.
  • Deliver targeted interventions and contribute to assessment and next steps planning.
  • Take a lead on classroom preparation, display work and administrative support.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families and, where necessary, external professionals.
Why Join Horsenden Primary School

  • A collaborative, enthusiastic EYFS team and eager, enthusiastic learners.
  • A well‑resourced Early Years environment with indoor and outdoor learning.
  • Regular professional feedback and development opportunities through our effective appraisal system.
