Position: Primary Teacher (KS1)
Location: Greenford, West London
Start Date: September 2026
Salary: M1 - M6 Inner London (£206 - £268 per day PAYE)
Contract: Full-Time (Long-Term)
OverviewAn ambitious and community-focused primary school in Greenford is seeking a dedicated KS1 Teacher to join their team from September. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a welcoming school that places a strong emphasis on high-quality teaching, pupil wellbeing, and professional growth. The successful candidate will join a collaborative staff team committed to creating engaging learning experiences and helping every child reach their full potential.
Responsibilities- Planning and delivering high-quality lessons across Key Stage 1
- Creating an inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel supported and challenged
- Monitoring and assessing pupil progress to ensure strong outcomes
- Using creative teaching strategies to engage and motivate learners
- Supporting children's social, emotional, and academic development
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice
- Maintaining positive relationships with parents and carers
- Contributing to the wider life of the school community
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience teaching within a UK primary school
- Be passionate about delivering excellent teaching and learning
- Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
- Have a secure understanding of the KS1 curriculum
- Be reflective, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one
- A supportive and approachable leadership team
