This is a well-established, two-form entry primary school with a strong and visible senior leadership team. Experience supporting pupils with challenging behaviour is essential, as the class requires a teacher who can establish firm boundaries, build positive relationships and implement consistent behaviour strategies effectively. The successful candidate will:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum Demonstrate strong knowledge of reading, writing and maths across Lower KS2 Confidently manage and support pupils with challenging behaviour Build positive and professional relationships with parents and carers Maintain high expectations for both behaviour and academic achievement The school welcomes applications from experienced Year 3 Class teacher across the M3 to UPS1 pay scale.
