About the Role An exciting opportunity has come up for a Lecturer / Programme Lead (Foundation Learning) to join West London College to deliver high-quality teaching to our learners and provide them with an outstanding experience. Also, to lead and coordinate the delivery team.
The ideal candidate will:
As a Lecturer, you will deliver high-quality teaching and learning to our learners and provide them with an outstanding experience. You will have the opportunity to contribute to curriculum development within the department and be actively involved in recruiting, interviewing, selecting and counselling students.
You will have a track record in delivering innovative and creative teaching and learning whilst possessing up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of curriculum delivery, as this is essential in inspiring and engaging our learners throughout their time with West London College.
As Programme Lead, you will be required to plan a highly relevant and distinctive curriculum to meet the local skills requirements, and the needs of the learner, in liaison with the Department leadership team to support outstanding progression for learners.
You will also be required to lead and coordinate the delivery team so all learners receive up-to-date course information through pre-course/programme events and the start of course/programme activities to facilitate learners understanding of the objectives of the course/programme, assessment schedules and requirements in line Further details of the role are included in the job description.
