We are looking for a dedicated Behaviour Learning Mentor to provide targeted support to pupils, helping them develop positive behaviour, social skills, and resilience in the classroom and beyond. Supporting pupils to manage behaviour and stay engaged in learning Working closely with class teachers to implement strategies for individual pupils Promoting inclusion and supporting pupils with additional needs or challenges Helping pupils develop confidence, resilience, and positive relationships within school Requirements:
Experience working with children or young people in school, youth work, care, mental health, or community settings Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt your approach to suit different needs Patience, empathy and resilience when supporting children with challenging behaviour Good literacy and numeracy skills Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
