Support Staff – Hackney Education Alternative Learning Service (HEALS)
Start date:
2 September (term time only). Two positions available.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver interventions for individuals and small groups.
- Assess pupil progress, record observations, provide feedback to teachers, and adapt materials to support students with special educational needs (SEN).
- Promote pupil and parental voice, organise and lead parent groups, attend Team Around the Child meetings, and act as a representative for children and parents.
- Act as a lead first aider at the HEALS Hub, support the induction and transition process for new students, and assist in the development of the curriculum.
- Input and manage data regarding families and children using council systems.
