Supporting KS4 and KS5 students with Autism and Behavioural Needs.

• Work with KS4 and KS5 learners in small class sizes.
• Support students with Autism and behavioural needs.
• Focus on vocational courses : helping prepare students for life beyond school.
• Build strong, trusting relationships to promote positive behaviour and engagement.
• Work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and pastoral teams.

• Experience working with young people with SEN, autism, or behavioural challenges.
• Resilient, patient, and empathetic approach.
• Ability to de:escalate situations and support positive behaviour strategies.
• A team player who can also work independently.
• Background in youth work, mentoring, or care is highly valued.

• Be part of a supportive and collaborative staff team.
• Regular training and professional development opportunities.
• Make a real impact on the lives of vulnerable young people.
