• Provide expert technical guidance and support to students and academic staff in laboratory‑based teaching, student projects, and practical activities.

• Assist in the preparation, formulation, testing, and evaluation of cosmetic products, helping students develop industry‑relevant scientific and technical skills.

• Relevant degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, Biochemistry or a related scientific discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience working in a scientific, analytical or applications laboratory, including operation of analytical instrumentation.
• Experience supporting practical teaching, technical instruction or laboratory‑based learning activities.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical information clearly to diverse learners.
