Behaviour Mentor
- Tower Hamlets
- Secondary School - £100-£120 a day (depending on experience) - Full Time
- Immediate Start
Behaviour Mentor - Previous experience supporting pupils with behavioural or SEMH needs required
Behaviour Mentor - Experience working in a school, PRU or alternative provision desirable
Behaviour Mentor - Must be confident with behaviour management and de-escalation strategies
Behaviour Mentor - Required full time ASAPHave you previously worked as a Behaviour Mentor?
Do you have experience supporting pupils with behavioural or emotional needs?
Are you able to build positive relationships with young people and promote positive behaviour?

The Role - Behaviour Mentor
Seeking a resilient and proactive Behaviour Mentor to support pupils aged 11-16 within a secondary school setting. You will work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams and the SEND department to provide targeted support for pupils who require additional behavioural intervention. The role involves delivering 1:1 mentoring sessions, supporting students in lessons, implementing behaviour strategies, promoting emotional regulation and helping pupils remain engaged with their learning.
You will act as a positive role model and help create a safe and supportive environment where pupils can thrive.
The School - Behaviour Mentor
This secondary school is located in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets and is within walking distance of a nearby London Underground station. The school provides a supportive and inclusive environment with a strong focus on behaviour, attendance and pupil wellbeing.
