We’re looking for a dedicated and driven scout to join our national recruitment network and play a vital role in identifying top talent across the country. You will be required to scout a specific region (either London or West Sussex) and on occasions be required to attend the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre in Lancing.
This is a great flexible and part‑time opportunity watching matches in the evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities- Discover and identify emerging football talent across the country.
- Scout a specific region (London or West Sussex) and occasionally attend the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre in Lancing.
- Watch matches in the evenings and weekends and record observations.
- Use modern scouting databases and digital tools to track, assess, and report potential talent.
- Maintain a well‑established network within the football community.
- Experience in talent identification and youth football development.
- Deep understanding of rules and regulations that govern player recruitment.
- Proficiency in using scouting databases and digital tools.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region.
