The Role
- Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant
Seeking a resilient and proactive Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 11-16 within a secondary school setting. You will work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams and the SEND department to provide targeted support for students who require additional behavioural intervention. The role involves supporting pupils in lessons, implementing behaviour strategies, promoting emotional regulation, using de-escalation techniques and helping students remain engaged with their learning.
You will play a key role in maintaining a positive and structured learning environment across the school.
