Overview
Capital City College (CCC) is seeking an enthusiastic Science Lecturer to join our dynamic team in London. The role is full‑time, permanent and offers the opportunity to shape the future of education and science for the next generation of skilled professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high‑quality teaching, learning and assessment for GCSE Science in line with the awarding body framework.
- Support students through academic and pastoral guidance.
- Contribute to curriculum development and student progress monitoring.
- Promote inclusive, learner‑focused teaching practices.
- Proven experience teaching within a further education setting.
- Strong knowledge of and ability to implement the criteria of awarding bodies.
- Excellent communication, organisation and classroom management skills.
- A commitment to inclusive, learner‑focused teaching.
- A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to achieve one).
- Membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme
