Aboutthe Role
Location: Westminster Campus, Central London
Job Role: Data Manager
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent, immediate start
Salary Range: £48,000 – £49,000 pa (dependent on experience)
We seek an enthusiastic, vibrant, organised, flexible and motivated person to manage the school’s data and timetable under the direction of the Senior Leadership Team. They will oversee key operational areas including timetabling, student data management, examinations and school systems. This role is central to ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the school, from producing and maintaining complex timetables across all IB programmes to managing staff cover, rooming and co‑curricular activities.
The successful applicant will also arrange daily and long‑term cover for teachers’ absence and ensure that student data is up to date and accurate. They will ensure the accuracy and integrity of student data within iSAMS, support staff in using core systems and lead on reporting processes for parents and senior leaders. They will also coordinate examinations, deliver data insights for strategic planning, support events and parent engagement platforms and ensure compliance with external reporting requirements, while promoting effective integration across all school systems.
WhoWe Are Looking For
Experience of a school management system and an understanding of the principles of timetabling would be an advantage, but training will be provided for the successful candidate.
