Year 5 Teacher – Permanent Position (TLR)

Year 5 Teacher position in a high‑achieving primary school in Ealing, West London, with a supportive leadership team and a focus on excellent student outcomes.

Take over a KS2 class based on demand within the school. Deliver engaging, creative lessons, plan and evaluate teaching strategies, and manage classroom learning. Support student progress and contribute to the school’s first‑class CPD programme. Work alongside a full‑time teaching assistant and a parallel teacher, who provide pastoral and administrative support from day one. Contribute to an outstanding academic environment and uphold the school’s high standards and ethos.

Confident and intelligent KS2 teacher with a passion for teaching and for improving student outcomes. Essential teaching style is simple, clear, and student focused; able to plan and deliver effective and enjoyable lessons. Experience as an ECT or an experienced KS2 teacher is required. Demonstrated ability to inspire independent thinking and maintain a positive classroom environment. Current knowledge of statutory curriculum and assessment practices.
