QTS Tutor - Home Tuition | Kensington & Chelsea

£30-£35 per hour | 25 hours per week | September 2026 Start

Reeson Education is looking for a qualified teacher (QTS) to support a secondary-aged student with Autism (ASC) through a home tuition package in the Kensington & Chelsea area.

This is a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality one-to-one tuition, helping a young person continue their education in a home setting. You will work alongside a dedicated Behaviour Mentor, who will support engagement, emotional regulation and behaviour throughout each session, allowing you to focus on delivering personalised learning.

The Role

September 2026 start
25 hours per week
£30-£35 per hour
Home-based tuition in Kensington & Chelsea
Working alongside a dedicated Behaviour Mentor
Supporting a secondary-aged learner with Autism (ASC)
Planning and delivering engaging, personalised one-to-one lessons
Working collaboratively with the family, Behaviour Mentor and Local Authority

We are looking for someone who has:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching secondary-aged students
Experience supporting learners with SEND, SEMH or Autism (ASC)
The ability to adapt learning to meet individual needs
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
A patient, flexible and nurturing approach

Desirable

Experience delivering home tuition, outreach or alternative provision
Experience working with learners accessing EOTAS or Section 19 provision
Knowledge of differentiated teaching strategies for learners with additional needs
