We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Montessori Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will be committed to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the holistic development of young children. Fluency in English and driving capability are desirable attributes.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver Montessori-based activities tailored to the developmental needs of children aged 2 to 6 years.
• Manage daily classroom routines, ensuring a safe, organised, and engaging learning environment.
• Observe and assess individual children's progress, providing feedback to parents and colleagues as appropriate.
• Foster independence, curiosity, and respect among children through positive guidance and modelling.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum plans that align with Montessori principles and educational standards.
• Maintain accurate records of children's development and attendance.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behaviour, and any concerns.
• Uphold health and safety regulations, ensuring all children are supervised appropriately at all times.
• Contribute to the organisation of extracurricular activities and community events related to early childhood education.

• Proven management and leadership abilities within an educational or childcare setting.
• Extensive experience working with children, particularly within nursery or early childhood environments.
• Strong understanding of Montessori methodologies and principles.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to foster a nurturing atmosphere that encourages children's independence and confidence.
• Organised with the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Driving licence is preferred for facilitating school‑related activities or outings.
