• Teach English across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach Key Stage 5 for suitable candidates.
• Deliver engaging drama lessons that encourage creativity, confidence, and self‑expression.
• Plan and deliver high‑quality lessons that challenge, inspire, and motivate learners.
• Foster a passion for reading, writing, speaking, and performance both inside and outside the classroom.
• Assess, monitor, and support student progress to ensure excellent outcomes.
• Contribute to the continued development of the English and drama curriculum.
• Support extracurricular activities, including school productions, performances, clubs, and enrichment opportunities.

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Have experience teaching English and/or drama at secondary level.
• Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and a genuine passion for English and the performing arts.
• Have strong classroom management skills and high expectations for student achievement.
