This opportunity provides graduates passionate about education with first‑hand experience in a thriving secondary school environment. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the SENDCo, support pupils across a range of subjects and contribute to classroom activities, group work and one‑to‑one support.
The School Offers- A high‑achieving and supportive secondary school in Hounslow
- Structured Graduate TA programme with training and mentoring
- A stepping‑stone into teacher training (many TAs go on to PGCEs, School Direct, or Teach First)
- A 2:1 or above in your degree
- Previous experience working with children or young people (e.g. tutoring, youth work, mentoring, sports coaching)
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Genuine interest in pursuing a career in education
