We are looking for a School Engagement and Implementation Lead to spearhead and coordinate engagement initiatives across our extensive global network of schools.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage strong relationships with schools, regional stakeholders, and education research leads across NAE
- Lead onboarding and ongoing engagement for schools and teachers involved in education research programmes
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned schools, providing tailored support and effective communication
- Support the design and delivery of professional development aligned with research priorities
- Drive participation in large-scale research initiatives, including data collection and programme implementation
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful research programmes
- Lead meetings and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and progress across projects
- Monitor and evaluate engagement and learning initiatives, using data to inform improvements
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations to enhance teacher engagement and programme impact
- Develop and deliver engaging online training and create high-quality digital resources
- Maintain strong relationships with teachers, incorporating feedback into future initiatives
Qualifications and skills:
- International teaching experience
- Experience in teacher professional development
- Comfortable with collaborative and cross-functional working
- Experience of creating inspirational, collaborative, and informative PD environments
- Experience of learning design for live, asynchronous and online contexts
- Excellent IT skills, with experience of Microsoft software
- Ability to work independently and prioritise own tasks and time, but also take direction, be flexible and work collaboratively with others
- Creative approach to learning design
- Highly organised
