Are you a dedicated Behaviour Mentor looking for a rewarding role in a supportive school setting? A vibrant primary school in Lambeth
, just a short walk from Streatham Common Station
, is seeking a passionate Behaviour Mentor to support students in managing their behaviour and improving their engagement with learning.

• Provide one‑to‑one and small group support to students with behavioural needs.
• Work closely with teachers and SENCO to implement behaviour intervention strategies
  .
• Support students in developing social, emotional, and self‑regulation skills
  .
• Help to create a positive and structured learning environment
  .
• Act as a role model and mentor
  , encouraging positive choices and resilience.

• Experience working as a Behaviour Mentor, Teaching Assistant, or in a similar role
  .
• Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques
  .
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
• A proactive, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting young learners.
• An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
