Long Term Futures is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join a welcoming primary school in Kensington & Chelsea from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional who is passionate about supporting young children during the most important stage of their development. The school is looking for someone who can create engaging learning experiences, build positive relationships and help children develop the confidence and skills needed for a successful start to their education.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and support staff within a well-established Early Years team.

• Support children's learning and development through play-based and structured activities
• Promote communication, language and social development across the Early Years curriculum
• Assist with early phonics, literacy and numeracy activities
• Support children's independence, confidence and emotional wellbeing
• Help create a stimulating, safe and engaging learning environment
• Observe and contribute to children's developmental progress
• Build strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues

• Previous experience working within an EYFS setting
• Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent is desirable
• Good understanding of the EYFS Framework
• Experience supporting early communication and language development
• Warm, nurturing and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Committed to a long-term role from September

Kensington & Chelsea, W10 (commutable from Ladbroke Grove, Notting Hill, White City, Shepherd's Bush, Paddington)
£105–£120 per day
Start Date: September 2026
Contract: Full-time, long-term temporary
