STEM Teacher / STEM ECT| Outstanding Secondary School |Wandsworth

In the heart of Wandsworth, an ‘Outstanding’ Secondary School, we are looking for a STEM Teacher / STEM ECT to start in September 2026. This is a permanent, full-time contract.

The Head Teacher is looking for an ambitious STEM Teacher / STEM ECT who is keen to add value to an expanding Secondary Department. The School is renowned for its supportive Senior Leadership Team and impressive Progress 8 results across all subjects.

The School is well invested in setting new teaching practices and training its own and new staff. It’s an exciting time at the School!

Experienced Secondary Teachers can take on a Teacher Leadership Role such as KS3 Coordinator, Pastoral Responsibility and more. Newly Qualified Secondary Teachers (ECT) will be enrolled onto the School’s very own bespoke ECT induction, and work alongside a range of young and experienced Secondary Teachers.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining
• Strong academics across the board – Degree, A Levels and GCSEs
• Must be meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a ‘Good or Outstanding’ level
• You must be able to work as part of a large team of Secondary Teachers
• Must be willing to listen to feedback
