Behaviour Mentor – Outstanding School – East London

We are recruiting a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a highly successful school in East London

The Role
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support for students requiring additional behavioural guidance
  • Build positive relationships with students to improve engagement and attendance
  • Support the implementation of behaviour management strategies
  • Work closely with teachers, pastoral teams and parents to support student progress
  • Promote positive attitudes towards learning and personal development
  • Help create a safe, inclusive and supportive school environment
The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience working with young people in an educational, youth work or mentoring setting
  • Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Calm, resilient and proactive approach
  • Genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed
  • Experience supporting students with SEND or SEMH needs is advantageous
