A high-achieving and well-structured all-through school in Kenley is seeking a dedicated and academically strong Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team on a full-time, fixed-term basis starting in September.

About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with additional learning needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN
- Supporting students across either primary or secondary phases (or both, depending on experience)
- Assisting with the implementation of tailored learning strategies and support plans
- Working closely with teachers and the SENCo to ensure students are making progress
- Helping to create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting students’
academic development, emotional wellbeing, and confidence - Encouraging independence and engagement in learning

Candidate Requirements:
- A Russell Group degree (or from a top university) – ideally in Psychology, Education, or a related subject
- Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is highly desirable
- Strong academic background, including excellent A Levels and GCSEs
- A genuine interest in child development, learning support, or educational psychology
- Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
- A calm, supportive, and proactive approach
