The Position – Early Years Teaching Assistant

A welcoming primary school in Hammersmith & Fulham is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and nurturing Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team from September. The successful candidate will be supporting children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. You will work closely with the class teacher to support children's learning through play, phonics, early reading, communication and language development.

The role will involve working with individual pupils and small groups, supporting children to develop socially, emotionally and academically.

The school is seeking a caring, proactive individual with previous Early Years experience and a genuine passion for helping young children reach their full potential. A Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable.
