Behaviour Support Worker
- Tower Hamlets
- Secondary School - 100- 120 a day (depending on experience) - Full Time
- Immediate Start

  • Previous experience supporting pupils with behavioural or SEMH needs required
  • Experience working in a school, PRU or alternative provision desirable
  • Must be confident with behaviour management and de-escalation strategies
  • Required full time ASAP

Have you previously worked as a Behaviour Support Worker, Behaviour Mentor or Youth Worker? Do you have experience supporting pupils with behavioural or emotional needs? Are you able to build positive relationships with young people and promote positive behaviour?

The Role
- Behaviour Support Worker

Seeking a resilient and proactive Behaviour Support Worker to support pupils aged 11-16 within a secondary school setting. You will work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams and the SEND department to provide targeted support for students who require additional behavioural intervention. The role involves delivering 1:1 mentoring, supporting pupils during lessons and social times, implementing behaviour support plans, promoting emotional regulation and helping students remain engaged with their education.

You will act as a positive role model and play a key role in creating a safe, structured and supportive school environment.
