Cover Supervisor – Secondary Schools Across Camden

Job Type: Full‑Time, Part‑Time, and Flexible Supply Opportunities
Salary: £100‑£105 per day (dependent on experience and assignment)

• Supervise classes during teacher absences across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Deliver pre‑planned lessons and ensure students complete assigned work.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons.
• Support schools with day‑to‑day, short‑term, and long‑term cover requirements.

• Experience working with young people in a school, youth work, sports coaching, tutoring, mentoring, or a similar setting.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Confidence working independently with groups of students aged 11‑16.
• Professional, flexible, and proactive approach.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
• Right to work in the UK.
