Casual Examination Invigilators

Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with good communication skills to join our team of Exam Invigilators on a casual basis to supervise students undertaking school examinations at various times during the academic year. Full training will be provided.

• Issuing and retrieving examination papers
• Supervising candidates during examinations
• Responding to queries during examinations

The exams seasons normally fall in:

• Main Exams
• PPEs (Pre-Public examinations)
• November Resits (English & Maths)
• January
• Most of May and June
• February and July

• Be flexible, well-organised, reliable and punctual
• Have good availability and commitment to support the exams department during the exams sessions
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team under the guidance of the Exams Administrator and Lead Invigilator
• Experience of working in a school would be an advantage
