An exciting opportunity for an ESOL Lecturer at West London College to deliver high-quality teaching to our learners and provide an outstanding experience. The role includes leading and coordinating the delivery team. • Deliver high-quality ESOL teaching and learning to learners and provide an outstanding learner experience.
• Contribute to curriculum development within the department.
• Be actively involved in recruiting, interviewing, selecting and counselling students as part of the learner support process.
• Use innovative and creative teaching methods and produce engaging teaching materials to motivate learners.
• Lead and coordinate the delivery team to ensure effective and cohesive teaching practice.

• Proven track record in delivering innovative and creative teaching with up-to-date knowledge of curriculum delivery.
• Ability to inspire and engage learners throughout their time with West London College.
• Experience in leading and coordinating a delivery team.
• Commitment to safeguarding and compliance with employment checks as part of the recruitment process (NB:
  Enhanced DBS including Children's Barred List, Right to Work in the UK, satisfactory references, medical fitness where required, and relevant qualification verification).

• Salary for this position is inclusive of London weighting. Salaries are published as a range to indicate progression; appointments are usually made at the start of the range.
