A welcoming primary school in Chiswick is looking for a dedicated Special Needs Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a pupil with ASD in Year 1. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in a child's learning and development.

• Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with ASD
• Assist in classroom learning and activities alongside the class teacher
• Help develop social, emotional, and communication skills
• Support behaviour management and ensure the pupil feels included and safe
• Work closely with the SENCo and wider staff team

• Have experience supporting pupils with ASD or other SEN needs
• Be patient, understanding, and proactive
• Be able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
• Have a genuine passion for helping children thrive

• A supportive, inclusive, and friendly team
• Well‑resourced classrooms
• Guidance and support from the SENCo
• A positive, welcoming environment for both pupils and staff
