Learning Support Assistant – SEN School – Upminster/Rainham | September Start

We are working with a welcoming and inclusive SEN school in the Upminster/Rainham area that is looking to appoint a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join their supportive team from September.

The school is committed to providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment where every pupil is encouraged to develop academically, socially, and emotionally. Staff work collaboratively to deliver personalised support, helping pupils build confidence, independence, and essential life skills while ensuring their individual learning and sensory needs are met.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with experienced teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to provide tailored support both in and out of the classroom. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with a range of special educational needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
