About the Role
We are seeking a Year 3 Class Teacher who brings energy, creativity, and excellent classroom management skills to ensure an engaging and positive learning environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering inspiring lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
Ability to choose and take a specialist subject
Creating a supportive and structured classroom where all pupils can thrive.
Implementing effective behaviour management strategies.
Using assessment to plan and adapt lessons to meet individual needs.
Collaborating with colleagues to promote high standards of teaching and learning.
Contributing to the wider school community and enrichment activities.
What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or overseas equivalent - essential.
Proven success in managing classroom behaviour positively and effectively.
Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum.
Ability to plan creative, differentiated lessons that inspire learning.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to high expectations and continuous professional growth.
