The role will involve:
  • Providing 1:1 and small group support within Nursery and Reception

  • Assisting with communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation
  • Working alongside the class teacher and SENCo to implement EHCP targets
  • Helping to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
The school offers:
  • A supportive and friendly Early Years team
  • Strong leadership and a collaborative working culture
  • Ongoing SEN training and CPD opportunities
  • A well‑resourced learning environment with excellent indoor and outdoor provision
  • Easily accessible location with great transport links
The ideal candidate will:
  • Have experience working with children with SEND (EYFS experience desirable)
  • Be patient, nurturing, and proactive
  • Have strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Be passionate about supporting early development
  • Be reliable and committed to a long‑term role

This is a full‑time, long‑term position starting in September 2026, with the potential to become permanent. Competitive daily rates are offered.
