We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Teacher of Geography to join our successful Humanities department from September 2026. The successful candidate will inspire students across Key Stages 3 5, delivering engaging, well-structured lessons that foster curiosity about the world and strong academic outcomes.

You will be part of a supportive and ambitious team dedicated to raising attainment and enriching students learning experiences through high-quality teaching and wider curriculum opportunities.

• Deliver high-quality Geography lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5
• Plan and assess effectively to ensure strong student progress
• Develop engaging schemes of work aligned to curriculum expectations
• Use data to monitor, support, and improve student outcomes
• Contribute to fieldwork opportunities and enrichment activities
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management
• Work collaboratively within the Humanities department and wider academy staff
• Support the ethos, values, and vision of the academy

We are looking for a passionate and reflective teacher who can bring Geography to life in the classroom.

You will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be on track to achieve it by September 2026
• A degree in Geography or a closely related subject
• Strong subject knowledge across human and physical geography
• The ability to deliver engaging and challenging lessons
