Deputy Nursery Manager
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Deputy Nursery Manager to work 32.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, supporting the day‑to‑day running of our nursery provision and helping to provide outstanding care, learning and development opportunities for our youngest children.
The successful candidate will hold a relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) and be passionate about supporting high-quality early years provision.
This is a role where building positive relationships with children, families and staff is essential. The successful candidate will support the Nursery Manager in creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive, develop confidence and make excellent progress. Our expectations for all children are high and we promote an inclusive culture where every child is encouraged to achieve their full potential through high-quality early years provision and care.
