Deliver high‑quality teaching, learning and assessment in line with Edexcel requirements; inspire and support students to achieve their goals; contribute to curriculum development; engage with students, providing academic and pastoral guidance; collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and innovative approaches.

• Proven experience in Politics
• Strong knowledge of A level OCR
• Excellent communication, organisational and classroom management skills

• Recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to achieve one)
