As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising students during lessons, ensuring they remain engaged with pre-set work in the absence of their regular teacher. You'll play a crucial role in supporting both students and staff, ensuring the classroom environment remains productive, respectful, and safe.

• Supervise and manage classroom behaviour in the absence of the class teacher
• Deliver pre-set lesson plans, ensuring students remain on track
• Provide support for students, helping them with tasks and encouraging learning
• Maintain order and a positive, focused classroom environment
• Ensure safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed at all times

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students
• A calm, adaptable, and proactive approach to classroom management
• Experience in working with children or in a school environment is desirable but not essential
• A passion for education and a commitment to student success
