This specialist provision in Tower Hamlets is seeking a confident and resilient Behaviour Mentor / Youth Mentor to join their team on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis. Supporting students with SEMH needs, behavioural challenges, and barriers to learning, the school is looking for strong role models who can build positive relationships, provide consistency, and help young people make positive choices both inside and outside the classroom.

Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.
