Location: Greater London
Qualifications
• Women’s Hairdressing and Men’s Barbering – Level 3 or above
• Assessor qualification and IAQ teaching qualification (PTLLS as a minimum)
• Previous experience delivering face‑to‑face training or teaching
• Familiarity with online e‑portfolio systems for assessment and quality assurance
- Prepare course outlines and lesson plans for Hairdressing & Barbering courses.
- Coordinate resources and materials required for sessions.
- Deliver instruction 2 days a week, focusing on hands‑on skill development.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality and behaviour, providing support and guidance to learners.
- Assess learner work and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct one‑to‑one sessions and tutorials to maximise learner progression.
- Collaborate with Course Leaders and a Technician to ensure effective teaching delivery.
