As a Lecturer/ Senior Lecturer at ULaw, you will:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and support for learning, working collaboratively with colleagues to continuously enhance teaching and student support, while assessing student work and progress through the preparation and marking of formative and summative assessments, and providing constructive feedback and feed forward.
- Identify the need for developing the content, structure, and assessment within modules with colleagues and make proposals on how this should be achieved.
- Contribute to effective design and review of inclusive learning. Maintain quality standards and regulations in curricular design.
- Act as a module lecturer, academic coach and sign‑post students on pastoral aspects during their learning journey.
Do you bring a strong breadth and depth of professional experience within your discipline, with the ability to design and deliver high-quality teaching programmes while providing impactful student support?
Requirements for Lecturer positions:- Undergraduate degree or equivalent in a relevant subject
- Fellowship of Advance HE (HEA) or equivalent or willingness to work towards
- Relevant teaching qualification or willingness to work towards PGCHE
- Postgraduate qualification or equivalent in a relevant subject
- Fellowship of Advance HE (HEA)
- PgCHE or equivalent
